Upon request, we make extra cleaning and daily change of linen with an extra price that will be agreed on the spot according to the needs of our guests.
Compulsory Final cleaning up cost is € 85.00 to be paid on site.
DAILY TOURIST TAX:
In the City of Senigallia is established daily tourist tax under the Article. 4 D.Lgs. 23/2011. The application of the tax runs from 01/05/2012. The amount for "Mare Verde" Residence is € 1.00 per person and per night, with a maximum of fourteen consecutive nights. The people who are exempt from the payment of tax: a) children up to the age of 16 years of age; b) groups of more than 20 people staying in tourist accommodation of the township; c) groups of more than 8 people with disabilities under the law 104/1992 staying in tourist accommodation of the municipal area. Those who stay in tourist accommodation must pay the amount to the tour operator, which release a receipt of the sums collected.
Security deposit of € 100.00 to be paid on site. This sum will be returned the day of departure, assuming no damage. Fees do not include: all of the above not included.
