The Residence has wi-fi coverage that allows a free connection. The large enclosed garden all around the structure is available to all guests that will enjoy relaxing moments in the gazebo or in the relaxing corners with the outdoor sofas. For the little ones there is a comfortable and well-equipped playground area.

Baby sitting service: From 8.00 a.m. to 18.00 p.m. € 25.00/hour; from 18.00 p.m. to 22.00 p.m. € 30.00/hour ; from 22.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m. € 35.00/hour.

Nearby there are other sports facilities such as: Track Athletics, Football and Soccer fields, Beach Volley fields, Palace Sport and Gyms, Sailing Schools, Windsurfing and Sup.

For nature lovers and especially mountain biking, from the Residence you can deal the "Percorri Misa": 13 km of track alongside the river to rediscover the nature from the mouth of the Misa river up to Arcevia for new kind of tourism, hike, bike or horseback.
